1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of MultiChat, including the website, web application, and related services. By using MultiChat, you agree to these terms. MultiChat is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Chiniaev, registered in Georgia, registration number 302235061.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Service Description
MultiChat helps you send prompts to multiple AI models, compare outputs, store chat history, and use related analysis features such as summaries and judging tools.
Features, model availability, limits, and pricing may change over time.
4. API Keys and Third-Party Providers
Some features may use your own API keys or server-managed provider keys. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party AI provider you use through MultiChat.
You remain responsible for prompts, inputs, and outputs sent using your own API keys.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use MultiChat for unlawful activity, abuse of third-party services, unauthorized access, interference with the platform, or to violate the rights of others.
6. Billing and Plans
Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled. Billing is handled by third-party payment providers where applicable. Usage limits, included features, and pricing are defined by the active plan at the time of use.
7. Refund Policy
Because MultiChat starts consuming third-party AI compute, tokens, and related infrastructure as soon as requests are processed, refunds are limited once a paid billing period has been materially used.
For a first-time purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge only if usage in the relevant billing period has not exceeded 20 generated model responses in total and has not exceeded 2 combined uses of AI Analysis or Prompt Improve.
For subscription renewals, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the renewal charge only if usage after that renewal has not exceeded 10 generated model responses in total and has not exceeded 1 combined use of AI Analysis or Prompt Improve.
Refunds are generally not available for partial billing periods, unused time after cancellation, dissatisfaction with model outputs after material use, or issues caused by third-party AI providers, your own API keys, account misuse, or violations of these Terms.
We may still issue refunds for duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or a confirmed technical failure on our side that prevented reasonable use of the paid service. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment provider used for the charge.
8. Content and Data
You retain responsibility for the content you submit. You grant MultiChat the limited rights needed to process prompts, store conversations, and operate the service.
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
9. Availability and Changes
MultiChat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or misuse provider integrations.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiChat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or third-party service failures.
